Provable, sellable trust

Issue a signed statement that, over the recorded period, nothing outside this venue's posture was permitted to render — bound to the proof ledger and signed with Ed25519. A regulated venue can hand this to an auditor who verifies it with the public key alone, never trusting Marquee.
